Design a car interior that provides the musician the freedom of thinking, executing and creating music on the go — facilitating his creativity and acting as a tool to maintain his creative flow.

Key Concept

Just like an instrument is tuned for a specific outcome — tune the car to your need. Eight elements mapped to eight musical notes across three modes: Normal Driving, Solo Driving, Music Creation.

Brief

Design a modern, youthful concept car for the young generation, reminding them of the magical 80s sports car era where sports cars were affordable, fun and a vibe altogether — building the foundation of the sports car culture that the youth enjoy today.

The Project

Thesis with ItalDesign — a Master's thesis project done in collaboration with ItalDesign, with me being one of the 3 exterior designers of the project. The project involved research, concept creation, ideation, digital visualisation, modelling and 1:1 scale model development under the guidance of the design team at ItalDesign. The car model was unveiled on 4th April, 2025 in Turin.

Brief

Design the interior of a 2035 Suzuki Jimny for a 28-year-old Indian urban adventurer who cannot afford two vehicles — one for the city and one for the trail. Every spatial, material, ergonomic, and interface decision must feel equally native to a Pune traffic jam and a Sahyadri forest track, making neither use case a compromise of the other.

Key Concept

Balance rarely exists in absolutes — but it exists in nature, and it exists in the Jimny. Like nature, the interior doesn't choose one role over another — it adapts. Daily driver. Off-roader. One uncompromising package.

Brief

An Ex-Le Mans racer is looking for a Porsche Spyder to take out on long drives along the coast, feeling the engine function under his throttle and gear box, taking him back to the times he used to feel for 24 hours on a track. He wants a relaxing, iconic, pure and soulful Porsche spyder that he can take for long drives across cities.

Key Concept

For the retired racing champion, thrill and serenity meet in his Porsche. Every engine movement deepens the bond between man and machine, empowering him to drive anywhere with confidence — a soulful and iconic design that is timeless and modern.
